Subway Restaurant Shut Down After Video Posted of Employee Killing Bugs Above Food

A subway restaurant was shut down after video was released of an employee using a bug zapper to kill flies above the topping station. The best part is that the employee looks around the room to see if anyone is looking at him but misses the camera filming.

“I cannot believe this is actually happening,” Justin Clemons, the customer who filmed the incident. “If I don’t record this, I don’t think anyone in their right mind will believe this is happening right now.”

Subway responded to the video with “We truly regret you had this experience Justin, and we are looking into this right now. Food safety is our top priority, and we are working with the franchisee to address immediately.”
