People really hated Ronda hosting SNL last night. In Ronda’s defense, people hate on everything these days.
Rousey appeared in a skit as a teacher who, alongside fellow teacher is put on trial for having a threesome with a student. When the “victim,” Pete Davidson, takes to the witness stand to relay the event, things take an unexpected turn.
Everyone fails to see what the problem is and instead gives Davidson a collective pat on the back. In short order, things go from court case to full-on celebration.
People on Twitter were NOT fans of the sketch:

So I get the amusement of young men having sexual relations with their attractive teachers, but… it's still rape… SNL…

this sketch about statutory rape is… not funny. #snl

Funny skit, though I doubt #SNL would ever even think about a skit where two male teachers rape a young female student. Double standard?

Did I just watch an SNL skit making fun of child rape?

Did…did SNL really do a "female teachers committing statutory rape is cool if the women were hot" sketch?!?!

SNL trivializing sexual harassment, rape, inappropriate student/teacher relationships was appalling. Do better.
